Our aim is to create a truly characterful and beautiful reflection of each client, efficiently and affordably, broadening the interior design service to every home. It all begins with a call or email exchange with Amy and Hewie where we will get to know each other, find out about the project and chat about how FINDDA can help. Based on these discussions, we will then send a proposal with initial design ideas and concepts.
Making it Happen
You will receive all the T&Cs and a structured payment plan for each phase of the design process to ensure everything is clear and transparent. Once signed, we will organise and oversee all the contractors with our trusted team of electricians, decorators, plumbers, joiners, makers and upholsterers. A meeting is arranged to get an in depth understanding of the project and fully connect with the brief. We will then create a mood board and comprehensive presentation, breaking down each space and looking at layouts, setting out, mood and feel for the hard finishes, and furniture and lighting, ready to present to the client and chat through ideas to refine and develop. At this stage we can also provide an estimate for works.
Discovering all possibilities
After the mood board stage, we follow up with an on-site survey and meeting to get to know the space and chat through the developing ideas and design possibilities. We’ll come up with creative solutions for each space, carefully translating the client’s everyday life into each scheme and design.
Getting into the detail
Following on from the site visit we start work on the detailed design process, drawing the space in 2D, creating rendered floor plans and elevations along with refined mood boards per room. At this stage all bespoke pieces, joinery and furniture drawing packs will be produced ready for tender.

We provide an itemised list for all the furniture and lighting pieces through to final accessories. Once all the furniture, lighting, accessories and soft furnishings are signed-off, FINDDA will start the procurement process, sending items straight to a consolidation centre for quality checking and preparation for delivery. FINDDA will go through the ordering process and scheduling of items, sorted by dates needed on site for the first fix and working backwards from the installation date to ensure everything is on-site when required. We will also project manage all aspects of bespoke items or joinery pieces, visiting workshops and carrying out QCs on all designs before sign off and delivery to make sure we have no issues once everything is on-site.
How Does it Work?
We like to be on-site as much as possible, working with the contractors and architects. Our uniqueness is how personal our process is - we have the keys to our client's homes to ensure the hassle is removed and deliveries and tradesman are managed on our clients’ behalf. FINDDA will oversee all the delivery and installations making sure everything is set and ready for the clients to return home.
